The five stars I give for this review is not for the Meridian North as a whole but specifically for the new assistant manager here Ashley Woods. When I first moved in I would have given this place negative stars if that was a possibility based on the staff alone. I haven't had my mailbox keys nor had my maintenance request filled since I moved in during December of 2021 but in her first week Ashley as already gotten me my mailbox keys and I have seen maintenance come to my door twice to speak with me. Unfortunately I was at work so I missed them but the fact that they have actually tried to contact me twice since Ashley has started gives me hope that she is the breath of fresh air that can breathe new life into the otherwise ridiculously managed apartment complex. Keep doing your thing Ashley. I appreciate you. Since I can't respond to the comment left by the Meridian North on my review I'm adding this edit and pray you see it. Please take my compliment with a grain of salt because I am not pleased with your staff whatsoever. With the exception of Ashley no one calls me or responds to my emails in an even remotely timely fashion. Trying to get in contact with the office is an absolute nightmare. I came today to pick up my keys and after spending 30 mins calling repeatedly and being sent to the call center every time I don't want to give the impression that with the exception of the new Assistant manager there is anything that makes living here a positive experience in any way, shape or form other than having a place to lay my head at night.

I've lived here for nearly 3 years. This place is a nightmare after the new management moved in. The apartment itself was not up to safety codes and they refused to do repairs until the health department started legal action (2+ months). The office has ignored my calls and emails for weeks. DO NOT RENT HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The office may seem nice when you sign your lease, but they turn into slum lords very quickly after you're legally binded into a contract. Run the other direction, they deserve to go out of business. Also, note that any 5 star reviews are from years ago, are from management, or are from people who haven't moved in yet. I'm using my ghost account because I fear retaliation from these slum lords. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

I have a friend who has signed a lease with this place and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The communication amongst the team is awful, the manager is rude and careless, things are dirty and broken and they refuse to make any refunds and have taken weeks to get things resolved. Even then, not all concerns have been addressed. It is damn near impossible to get ahold of the office for assistance, you just get directed to a third party. Not everyone involved with the office is bad, but a business is only as good as their leadership, and they are VERY lacking in that area. Do not be fooled by their website and photos and PLEASE head the warnings of these bad reviews.
