Been trying to get ahold of someone from their office and head quarters about a refund. No one has answered the phones nor emailed me back. Not a good way to treat someone who was trying to rent from them. Still no calls answered nor emails this place is a scam. Do not do their online application! They take your money and don't give you approval or denial letter. Usually those things take 3 days to come back. It's been 2+ weeks for me.

Just signed our second lease here. We had a couple of floods from the apartment above us but other than that all is well. I would like a new ceiling but new windows and doors would be better!! I have plastic on all the windows and back door because they are buckled, old and leak terribly. If management wanted to make a huge difference for their tennants, insulation in the walls and new windows/ doors would be great!! I try my best to help clean up garbage behind the building and plant pretty flowers. I hope our building will get new gutters so that the water will go where it's supposed to and stop flooding everything. Also the smoke detectors in the main hallway have been beeping since the day we moved in and I have a list of stuff on the move in sheet and that is one of them, but it was never addressed

Had a rough patch transitioning to a new unit a year ago but since then they have been doing great on communicating and completing work orders in a timely fashion. Iook forward to renewing my lease. There's been a change in management which has affected some things but I'm already seeing good improvements.

I have been living at Wildwood Village Apartments for a little over a year now! The staff is great and always there to answer any questions I have. The maintenance is fast and effective never take long to fix something after being asked. Our apartment has good room for us and Is pet friendly with a great view of the lake right In our back yard! I would definitely recommend and will be renewing my lease!
