I lived here for two years and had an amazing experience! It is in a very convenient and fun location, the leasing office is great— they were always very helpful and responsive. I didn’t have any major maintenance issues but whenever I did have any problems they were quick to address them. The original wood floors were awesome and the units were very spacious. I would definitely recommend.

1BR unit is spacious IMO. Great location. 3 months in and as of Jan 2022 I would not recommend living here. Maintenance is responsive- but there are likely better quality communities for total cost of living (see below). Here are my personal gripes: -extremely drafty in my unit, heat is set to 80 but feels like 60 (maintenance request in progress) UPDATE: I've just cranked the heat up and it feels fine in my room at least. We'll see how the electric bill looks though lol! UPDATE 2: November electric bill was $288!! Averaged 114 kWh per day…. For context the average household usage is typically 30-50 kWh per day. I believe the electric heating unit is the culprit as it runs 24/7. I’ve put in a request for the property team to inspect and ensure the unit is up to date and thermostat is working properly. UPDATE 3: Maintenance came and simply said, "Turn your thermostat down and your bill should go down." Not true in my case- my December electricity bill is $337! Wowza. If you're reading this review- you can expect total cost of living (rent+utilities) to be $1,307 for a 1BR unit. You're better off buying a house :(. UPDATE 4: Have had heat turned off entire month of April & energy bill was about $112. I'm putting in a maintenance request for the washer/dryer units because they are malfunctioning. They installed an ice maker in the fridge but it hasn't worked yet (I don't mind though, I don't use ice). Expense breakdown 1BR: Rent- $925 Water- $20 Electric- $337 in the winter, $112 when 60 degrees outside and heat/AC turned off Gas- $25-$30 per month -water has a weird smell to it but I haven’t died of showers/washing dishes yet lol -inside of the fridge/freezer smells like they painted over the inside? -paint specks and residue; other maintenance dust leftover from the renovation (these units are supposedly cleaned prior to move-in) -door knobs are extremely outdated and lock systems are also outdated (it’s the little things that count) -no lock on bathroom door (doors in general are out of date) -dryer in my unit does not automatically shut off- I actually left one night thinking it would go off after the 60 minute cycle. Came back the next day and it was STILL running. I believe this could prevent a fire hazard if not fixed -Washer in unit is old unit, does not work properly (it struggles to spin/wash cycle correctly) -living room doesn’t have ANY lighting. This would be okay if it was small- but realistically it will take three lamps for adequate lighting in the living room/dining space (higher electric bill) -Warped walls/cheap paint job -Unfinished flooring (sandy appearance, old looking and appears dirty) -AC unit is so loud you can hear them outside of all the units -I can hear the person above me peeing when they use the bathroom Like I said I will update with more notes as my living experience continues. Not posting to be a baby- but wanted to share the reality of living here- I'll tell you what the property management group will not.

This has been the nicest place I’ve lived in many years, I feel very safe within the gated community and I never have had an issue with parking, and car ports are available to reserve which is even better. My biggest concern was being worried about living alone but I have had no issues with anyone being creepy! Everyone seems to mind their business which is amazing. I feel safe and I love the big windows and openness in my apartment. Staff has been very helpful, I have no complaints!

On the surface, this apartment complex seems like a great place to live. Not to mention the new "renovations". However, this is all just a facade wrapped in a pretty package. I have lived here for over 4 years, and this was the worst apartment experience I've ever had. The apartments are old and cheaply put together, there is mold and other sticky substances growing on the paper thin walls that I've been told they can do nothing about, there are ridiculous amounts of bugs that end up in my building, and maintenance takes insanely long to fix any problem because they are always too busy fixing tons of other issues. And that's just to name a few. The ONLY reason I was okay continuing to live here is because the price was reasonable, but now they are pushing everyone who lives here out, or forcing them to pay unbelievable prices because of a few very small upgrades that don't change any of the problems. They have more than proven that they do not care about their residents. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!
