Overall 2 year experience was ok, first year was great but second year I had a bad roommate matching ( blender 6 am and 11 pm) and noisy neighbors. Also, W/D are stackable, it takes forever to get the laundry As I am ready to move out, I appreciate that vivio on tenth is almost the only apartment building here that has move out date on 31 instead of 28th or 29th

I’ve been living here for less than a year. My car window got stuck down and the maintenance guys helped me take my door panel off and pull it back up. I would be so lost without them.

Going onto my third year here at Vivio on Tenth. I originally came in as a random into a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom and really enjoyed the people I was matched with. Amenities are really nice since there's a nice variety, but there's no pool. The gym renovation was a fantastic move. I went to school for three years here in Indy and lived all three @ Vivio :)

I have lived here since July, and have already renewed my lease for next year. I have heard that in the past the management team was poorly running the complex, but the new Vivio team is amazing! Any time I need something from the office or maintenance team they help me fix the problem within an hour with no complaints. The facilities are always clean and the apartments themselves are furnished and in great condition. It’s one of the lowest rent options for IUPUI students, and I recommend it to anyone!
