DO NOT BANK HERE! Banked here for years and there's always some kind of issue. Last time they ripped me off for 700$ and I should have left. this time they froze a check I deposited + my house payment I put in there. Now I'm late on my house payment + late fees and returned payment + overdraft fees. All this for a legitimate check and a house payment that has nothing to do with this meanwile I'm waiting for a new check to be printed and mailed to fix my roof Wich is leaking in my living room.. So I went in to close my other accounts and they flat out refused to close or give me all my money** UPDATE now they have froze my savings account my and held another $8,800

I have never had a problem with pnc. Everyone is very nice, the inside lobby is always very clean. The only thing I would change is the fee that I pay every month for not having a minimum balance of $500.00.
