For over an hour I tried to reach the branch manager direct. This is ridiculous that you can't call a branch direct I went online to schedule a call or a meeting two weeks from now!!! This type service is beyond ridiculous

I've banked here for many years. The availability of assistance has dwindled. You really need an appointment for anything other than teller window. And if you have a safe deposit box, the teller won't help you they make you wait (for ????0 for a banker to assist which is very inconvenient. I'm going to reconsider why I use this location, not for the banker personnel, but the inconveniences introduced with streamlining visits. I don't want to wait in 2 lines to get to my safe deposit box.

Bank discriminates against LGBT people. Put in to refinance my mother's house and their lending agent took our paperwork and shelved it. Did not tell us. We waited 2 months and got a call asking what business they were supposed to be duing. They never put in our paperwork at all. Also check your savings interest rate they only pay you .01% a year to use your money to lend out at 5% . What a disgusting RIP off.

I had my purse stolen and the crooks went to this chase bank to cash checks stolen from other innocent people with my ID. We turned off my debit card, and a fraud alert was placed under my account. But apparently the teller at the drive through window decided not to pay attention to the alert, and allowed them to cash checks into my account and drain our account. Not only once, but 3 times!!! This was after we took the steps we were told too by Chase Banks Fraud Team and the local police. Just a warning for all chase members.
