Of all the apartments I’ve lived in, Bayview has the best maintenance program. The quality is good, work is done, on average, either the next day or day after, and we’re always notified when it’s finished. Also, if we have questions or small issues, the team comes back immediately. The staff is fair in my opinion and approachable. I’ve been at Bayview since 2020, and initially applied while on deployment. The staff workers sent as many pictures as I needed and were always available when I had questions. Some of the neighbors can be questionable, but as far as the Complex themselves, I’ve never felt more secure.

I will not recommend I was going to work and I caught they maintenance man looking into my neighbors car they also take there time fixing anything you got to harass them too even try it’s always a different story every month when it’s time to pay rent it’s not even worth 1800 a month Lori, April is rude they don’t care about the property at all please take your money else where

Very unorganized company. I paid out for my lease and got an email that I owe the buyout amount and some extra fees for pest control. Worst company to every be with. No one ever answers the phone. Waited a whole week to hear back for water pressure adjustments.
