My friend has lived here for a few years and never had any problems until this year. She has been living with no heat in her building all winter now WITH A ONE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER in the house. She has contacted the office numerous times with no resolve. They claim the heat is working just fine. I have visited her on more than one winters and her building would always be nice and hot so you could clearly feel the heat working. This year is complete opposite. Even the heater vents are leaking water. Still management will not admit there is a heating issue. This is very upsetting most of all for the baby in the house. I hope management will step up and resolve this issue asap.

I've lived in Brockton for almost two years and will be renewing for a third. I love these apartments. The office staff are all friendly and polite. Kellie is so sweet and has always been great with anything I've needed. She actually assisted in my initial move from Denver to Indianapolis. I was nervous having not had the ability to come out first and go apartment hunting, but she made the transition a breeze. The maintenance team is excellent. Javier is super knowledgeable and a great resource for anything you need. They are quick to respond and are always looking for ways to improve the community ie. the new dog park they put in. The community itself, is also in a very nice area. I feel safe walking my dog at night. There is also a diverse group of individuals that live here, from young college students, to families and single parents, and retired individuals. It makes for a nice place to live and meet people.

I lived here for a year (2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome in Brockton Village). Wonderful experience. Maintenance staff was amazing and competent, far surpassing any expectations I had. They'll even unclog your bath and change your light bulbs. Office staff was pleasant when I communicated with them. Gym is convenient and clean. Same thing for the pool. Community is quiet but not too quiet. I never had any reason to feel unsafe. Nice grassy area in the back. Most people pick up after their pets. Plenty of low traffic, paved streets to walk. Two miles from Broad Ripple. Spectrum internet was fast. I had a washer and dryer in the apartment (not all have this). Only two real complaints: (1) the lawn crew sometimes blew grass onto my porch and under my outside door (making its way into the apartment), and (2) the hot water tends to surge out, so you get these hot-cold contrast showers sometimes instead of just a steady temperature. Overall, highly recommended. Would have stayed if I wasn't leaving the state.

We lived here for a little less than a year and couldn't be happier. The staff in the office is great and helped us through our many questions about buying out our lease (moving to a house). The maintenance staff is quick, reliable, and handy. Anytime we had a problem, such as the furnace not heating or a door lock not working, the problem was fixed within 24 hours! We had one instance where our shower water wouldn't turn off on a Saturday night and he came and fixed it within 30 minutes. The neighbors are nice and friendly, and it is a mix of people who live in the community, from small families to young professionals to singles to retirees. I would highly recommend Brockton to anyone.
