I had to have surgery this morning at The Hand to Shoulder Center. So stayed close by and was late when we made it up there. Was starving so picked here. Wasn’t busy busy which I prefer anyway. We had the most joyful waitress !!! Upon talking with her(cause that’s me) Found out SHE was the ONE AND ONLY ALL DAY !!!!! I wanted her to know how much I appreciated her. Thank you !!!!

We had a party of 6 that had arrived here at this location. We was the second table in the building around 8 pm. out of all the tables we was put in the back by the bathrooms. We had a server very Awesome young lady. but was not on top of the details when ordering. I asked for top shelf Long Island Ice Tea in a tall glass. I did not want a goblet. I was served pre mix long island mix with horrible ratios on making the drink. and also in a goblet. I had ordered A White Russian Drink. and to Substituted Vodka for Tequila. It seem the bartender was giving the server a Kick back about the drink order So I did explained the drink. to be charged for a separate additional shot of tequila. Was not a problem paying for it. It was just not discussed that it would be a additional charge. We order our appetizers that was better in taste then the ENTREES that had been ordered. I had asked for the 8 oz. Sirloin Steak cooked Medium with Mashed potatoes and Broccoli. I was served a PRECOOKED STEAK that was reheated and served. I was so shocked I just asked for a BOX to THROW AWAY then versus sending back. It took well over a hour to get out ENTREES but it seems the Bartender was Chasi she was to busy going on SMOKE breaks wit the group of ppl that she was serving at the bar. the place was completely OFF. the Manager On Duty was lost in the Mix. Name Lori or Dillion. This had to be the worst Experience. I

Ordered pick up and Bethany L is who took care of my order. When I arrived she was very rude and when I said thank you after she handed me my food she completely ignored me and didn’t say a word. After getting home I realized that I didn’t get my side of rice OR the extra side of rice that I paid for. When I arrived back at the restaurant she never said I’m sorry for not including the rice but tried to hand me a side of french fries? If you mess up someone’s order and they have to drive all of the way back to your restaurant then say sorry and make sure to make things right. Last time I will be ordering from this location. Bethany you need an attitude check because you were far from friendly!
