I moved in 2 months ago. I've had no problem but the norm for maintenance. No infestation of any sorts and I live in the townhomes. Maintenance always come out right away. Office staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing is grounds keeping, alot of trash due to kids throwing down when outside playing and grown folks too. So far so good.

I have been here almost a little over 4 years. The staff here is very caring and understanding to all family needs. I have been in and out the hospital but they have always been here for my family and I. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and always on time with every work order that I've had. they also try to do a lot for the kids in Chapel Hill community to keep them out of trouble.

So, I've put up a review on these apartments in the past. The past owners were the worst, but i must say that the new owners are very involved with tenants. They work with, they have events for the family, they really want to have the neighborhood to be great. They are working hard to better the property. The surrounding areas could use some work which kind of makes the prices of these apartments but most of the time if you stay to yourself, no one bothers you.

RUN!!!! Worst place I've ever lived. Currently here. Highly unprofessional. Staff is a joke. The property manager will not help you at all. I had to call corporate which was an even bigger joke. I was denied an email to the owner of the company. I've never been rude yet I'm talked to as if I've cussed them out and a hostile person. Even When disrespected I kept my cool and gave them time to fix things. When I moved in everything was fine until about April. A.C. unit STILL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. Maintenance broke my tv and switched their stories of what happened when I proved we were out of town when maintance entered my apartment to put in the window unit. Accused if having people living in my apartment as if my husband's son who was visiting couldn't have a friend over with him for a few hours. Just a few days ago maintenance came to take out my window unit when they haven't even fixed my A.C. unit properly. There is BUGS.....my apartment has never been sprayed even when promised and scheduled. I took off work to be here and of course they didn't show. I've paid for bug treatment myself since I moved in pretty much. Teenagers and kids everywhere destroying the property. Teenagers smoking weed in the hallways leaving trash and swisher guts. My neighbor has 2 dogs and one if them is on their banned list that constantly run all hours of the day and night. They let their dog poop in the hallway floors. Or course nobody came to clean it for 2 months almost until they had someone trying to move in a unit in the building. My hallways is still nasty and stained. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want to be disrespected, called a liar, nothing ever fixed 100%, and your money taken.
