I moved into my unit a couple of months ago and have had nothing but good experiences. Every maintenance issue (so far only minor things like clogged garbage disposal, A/C filter needing changed, etc) has been resolved within a couple of hours of submitting a request. I recently had a medical emergency preventing me from retrieving two very large and very heavy packages I had delivered to the main office. Brad and Pamela brought the two packages to my unit for me without hesitation. I’ve been incredibly happy living here at Aspen Pointe and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent in a quiet neighborhood while remaining close to the city.

I've been here 4 years now and rarely have issues. Office staff are very professional and helpful. Maintenance has always been very quick to deal with issues and resolve them.

I have only great things to say about Aspen Pointe! Brad and Pam are wonderful. They are always willing to help with anything that comes up. Alex from maintenance does a great job too and gets everything done quickly. I’ve loved my experience here so far and I plan to stay for a long time. You can really tell that the staff here care about the community.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking. The office staff (especially Brad) is amazing and are always willing to help out or answer any questions that you have. The neighborhood is nice, anything that needs fixed is done so in a timely manner, and the apartments themselves are nice. Highly recommend!
