I applied a month ago and was told to put down a hold fee for a unit BEFORE I was even approved. They denied my application and I still have not gotten my $200 hold fee back. Every time I call they say they are marking my call as urgent and no one ever returns my phone call. I wish I would have read the reviews before even applying. I just want my money back!

Truly a wonderful place to live now. Management took over last year and the current team has really done some incredible things! If we can get the neighboring apartments to do the same the entire area could be the next broad ripple

Wonderful experience. I put in a. Work order and Ali was there the same day to address it! Things have been getting cleaned up from the grounds to residents since the new management. Will update if anything changes! Keep up the good work

I have being here for two years, it was great in the beginning. The new owners has taken over and it has being down hill since then. I paid the balance I had I don’t mess with anyone but it seems the lady in the office seems to always have a issue with my kids dad when he walks our dog. I go to speed with her she gives me attitude. She says something about my kids dad but the whole conversation was supposed to be about my dog but she took it to another level. She threatened to call the police, i guess since my skin color I was supposed to be scared. If I’m not in the wrong why would I be. I went to the office to talk about my dog and why my heat has not being working in the back of my apartment. I have being emailing for weeks about it but the lady in the office is unprofessional and she is rude. She stated I was dangerous, smh I gave her the energy she was given out she was yelling at me so I was loud back. These apartment people are a joke. I just paid my rent and to be harassed by the office is another story. Once I told her I turned in my papers for my dog she stated she never received them so I’m lying I opened the email for Brandon the office manager and sent it again. The original was sent 11/27/21. I hate living here with her in the office. She watches my apartment like she the feds stating my kids dad there 24/7 like how do you know that. He comes get his kids everyday but that’s a problem with her. I hate THE GEORGE
