When i moved into the apartment, i was required to fill out a maintenance check list for things needing attention. Broken door hinges, leaking pipes under the sinks, pet urine stains on the bedroom carpets and the smell that comes with it. I went to the office three different times addressing these issues. 3 months later... Still not fixed. 7 months later... Still not fixed. At the time of my lease renewal, the new management that has now taken over asked me again to fill out another maintenance check list. My question is what happened to the first list? Nothing has changed except new faces at the office. All my issue have never been fixed to this very day and i now doubt very seriously they will ever be fixed unless i do it myself. The new management also charged me a $50 late fee because they changed the rent payment date without notification to me. I've never been late paying anything. It's a deceitful way for new management to operate a business. If you look in their online photo of the apartment complex, you'll see a beautiful picture of a nice clean and clear swimming pool. 2 months of the summer the pool was closed and not in service. Lastly be careful if you have multiple vehicles because they have hired a towing company that's very eager to take your car. If your tire is low on air or hasn't moved for awhile, a green label is slapped on the window for towing. Good luck. By the way Mr owner, what idiot decided to hang 600 watt lights outside our bedroom windows making the windows virtually impossible to use at night...? This idiocy was done to all the tenants living in the column buildings. And my name is not "T"

Let’s just say our experience was amazing! We were greeted with a warm welcome from Shaq! He was very professional and knowledgeable of the community! The model unit he showed us was awesome! We we loved it! We can’t wait to call this our new home! Also the front office people were friendly very nice environment!

THANK YOU NEW MANAGEMENT!!! My air conditioning has been out since July of 2021. I have been given every excuse you could imagine. Each week I got a different story about when it would be fixed. I was at the end of my rope. We got a new management company and the same day the contractor was out to evaluate what could be done and they came and replaced the unit in the pouring rain! So grateful for the new management. Crystal and Benita are a joy to work with. THANK YOU THANK YOU! Additionally We just had a horrible heavy rain and lots of water in the basement. A couple of years ago when this happened they did nothing to help. This time they were Johnny on the spot to clean up the water and address the leak. I love this new maintenance team too!!!I

I have lived here for a while now and although starting out the property was short staffed they made sure to address any issues that I had. So water was off when I got home called twice and twice was told something about bill portal message left about water off what the is a bill portal I've never heard of it and Ived here for about 11 years this place has no communication

That wasn't anything to do with your bill what they meant was the portal is where they notify all residents when the water needs to be turned off for a repair. I'm signed up with a current email in the portal so I get notifications such as that and then it's not a surprise.

This complex is only about half a mile from 75th and Shadeland. There is a Speedway, Walgreens and many restaurant choices.
