My partner, two friends, and I needed a last minute hotel. We found this one since our go-to was booked. They had two beds and stated 4 occupants were allowed per room. The room was over $200 which was okay since it would be split by 4. When we got the the front desk attendant was very rude. He made us purchase another room insisting it was company policy of 2 adults per room. I asked them to please show me the policy and I was nice since I genuinely did not know. He was unable to and told me to go online. I did and all I found were “4 occupants” nothing stating 2 adults only or 2 adults 2 children. Because of his rudeness and unwillingness to help we decided to call it a night since it was so late. So we were made to purchase the two rooms Which was over $400. The price 100% does not fit the location or services. We weren’t told about anything the hotel offered (if they even offer anything such as breakfast) so we just used the rooms to sleep in and left the next morning. The beds are stiff and super uncomfortable. One of the rooms was super hot. I asked for a remote to the tv in the room and never got it. Their check out is 11am and they begin to fine you at 11:01 according to their signs. I called for management to discuss the situation. I had spoke to one associate who confirmed to me that 4 occupants means 4 people so it can be 4 adults since the rooms are two beds and then they gave me the hours the manager would be in. When I called the person who answered seemed very monotone and I asked for a manager and they claimed to be the manager. I explained the situation to me and they asked what day it happened. I told them and then the manager insisted he was hired the day after it happened.. he refused to help and said it was out of his control. He told me he can’t change other peoples policies. I explained I see what he’s saying but it is literally the same exact policy that it is under him.. same wording and everything. And it wasn’t the policy that was the issue it was the lying associate that still works there and the amount of money we paid. He began to be very rude and refused any help or apology. In the end he said IF he happens to be here IF we ever come back he’ll give us $10 off. We will not be coming back to this location and we recommend finding a different place if you are considering Rodeway Inn. I will definitely be telling family and friends to choose elsewhere. Mistakes happen but the lack of empathy and apology from the hotel was frustrating.

The staff was nice and friendly, especially Cameron at the front desk. The inside of the hotel was nice and the room was clean and nice. Unfortunately the surrounding area isn’t the greatest but the price for the stay was reasonable. Based on The service I received from Cameron and the staff I would surely stay agin. Thanks Cameron!

Positive: The staff really did their best, even when there was one person assisting half a dozen reservations at once. Negative: The hotel runs on "central air", so the temperature the central thermostat decides on is what all the rooms get. Your room thermostat does absolutely nothing but change the fan speed. The halls were hot, the rooms had to be pushing 80F. Got no sleep.

The pictures of the rooms on the website are not what the rooms look like. The window had a big crack in it filled with clear silicone. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. You DO NOT have control of the heating and air conditioning. The walls are falling apart in the room. The elevators sound like they could fall at anytime. And the hallways angel like smoke. Well not stay here again.

Well the roadway isn't serving you anything. But regardless there is the Irish mutt up the street. Right next to the Kroger. There's a Red Lobster at the street also. Other than that it depends on what your preferences are.
It was karaoke on the Saturday night I was there but I didn't stay in the bar
Yes but if you do, it's a $100 deposit for incidental. But you get it back if nothing is amiss with the room when you check out (not applicable to online bookings)
