The manager Demetrius has great customer service, works extremely hard, and manages his staff with great care. While our initial room was not pristine, it was also all that was available at the time, but we were able to upgrade to a different room once it became available. The difference made me change my rating of this place. After working all day and being hours from home, it was nice to come into this room. Everything has been updated to the point where it feels less like an extended stay place, and more like a dorm room or small apartment. If you are planning on staying here, then you definitely need to spring for a premium or updated room (availability is low, and I now see why).

My situation may differ but it works perfect for me. I needed a place to stay ASAP and I work down the street for one job and the highway access makes it easy for my other one, plus it's next to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and gas. It's not a forever but it works depending on your standards and judgement.

My son was staying here while looking for permanent housing. He checked in with me every day. After not hearing from him for 3 days I started calling the office there. Four days later someone answers the phone. I told them I was worried about my son but they told me that if I didn’t know the room number they could not help me because they do not keep that info. I offered the reservation number and his name but they stated that wasn’t enough. After begging several times they opened the room and found him dead. I would not recommend you or anyone you love stay here. This place needs to be sued for negligence and shut down. I was paying over $1200 for a month thinking he was in a safe place.
