The pool was closed down by the health department years ago. The whole complex should be closed down. Rat infested, crime infested, and the employees also are infested with lies. They are rude and unprofessional. I had to beg for a receipt after paying my rent. Very unstable company. I lived there only one year and they had a total of three managements by the time i moved out. .Unless you dont mind being treated badly, i dont recomend you move there. They dont value their tenants, just their checks
Plus someone was killed there the other day. Smh
I moved out 4 months ago. They sent me a statement about getting my deposit back. Said it could take up to 45 days. Still nothing....guess I'm going to have to take them to small claims court. Ridiculous!

The pool is nasty and been closed for a while. I’ve been here for 7 months and I freaking hate it !!!! They have pest infestation, rats, etc . They don’t cut the grass in time & they suck getting everything fixed . There are multiple holes in my wall & no door out front that leads to the hallway. My apartment looked so damn broke down , but they’re promised to fix it. I brought new furniture when I moved in and didn’t know about the infestation until 3 months in the apartment!!!!! Do not waste your time here !!!! It’s hell . I’m calling the health department.
Well when was all this cuz theirs a very nice young lady as the assistant manager their alvina I don’t remember her last name she is a very professional and the pool who needs it I needed a place to go and they were more helpful then most apartments thank you guy and the pool I have a gym membership that’s how I solved and if that doesn’t work for you go Carmel they treat you great
