I just moved in these apartments and I must say that in just 5 days that I have here it is the biggest chaos of my life, I moved on Saturday and spent 3 days without gas in the house or hot water, there is no one who speaks Spanish in The office that offers you a good service, they are not very communicative, the packages are stolen from the door of your apartment, many strange people come to visit these apartments. I am crazy in only 5 days that I have living here.

Not really the idea place to move to if you ask me or my husband. We lived in the building with the office, and while they keep that one clean, I'm pretty sure that's the only one. Don't know what the cleaning lady be doing, but it can't be her job. Kelly and the manager lady (can't remember her name because she's rarely there) aren't really efficient at their jobs unless it's about filling out an application. Other than that, throw the whole office away. Took them forever to get my phone number right in case they ever tried to contact us, which they didn't. An eviction was filed on us the month before our lease was up because they didn't have faith that we would pay them and just skip out on the bill. They watched us whenever they were in the office, seeing that we were always shopping. Not knowing that my son has sensory development needs and we couldn't find the right toys to satisfy him. The filing has actually made it harder for us to find housing. Make sure you tell them you're moving 30 days before you move, too. They're trying to charge us because they didn't know we'd moved out of the apartment when it was midday when we moved our stuff out. But they're rarely in the office so I can see why they wouldn't know. Either they're on a cigarette break or on lunch. I went by today since I just moved out recently and left my car because of the housing issue. Get there and find out my car had been towed this morning. I still had my old Pangea sticker on it, so they could've called me to tell me to get it moved. But they just want to cost you money. Especially if you have more than them. =)

I spoke with the property manager! If I could rate her it would be a negative ZERO! That lady Tanice Ellis if I got her name right! The conversation we had went totally left from start to finish! She is absolutely the rudest person that I have ever spoke to on the phone! I called and told her the issues that I was having and she was absolutely rude about everything that was a concern to me! It was soo bad to where I am wanting to speak to someone who is above her! That’s how rude she was and very ghetto! I would not recommend anyone to Pangea Courts! She do not represent Pangea courts as a whole! She’s not a good asset AT ALL! If anyone sees this and have the number to corporate please email me and let me know! Thanks! ✌🏾

Too many things malfunction. Noisy and loud area. Can hear through the doors and ceilings/floors much too easily. Office can be difficult to reach. Can take a while before repairs are done. Bathroom is very small. There is good closet space. Parking lot often in a state of disrepair. Moved in to find dirty window sills and blinds partially broken; they're cheap, don't always function well and easily break without hardly touching them. Oven and broiler not well cleaned. Refrigerator seals cracked and falling apart.
