They hair quality has depreciated . I spent over 200.00 2 bundles . The hair is coming off the tracks like crazy. I'd go elsewhere next time.

Always excellent customer service. Once I purchased hair from their Van Nuys location and had a problem with the hair. I called and the young man told me to come in bring it back and the exchanged it no problems (pre-COVID-19). I been going back every since to all three locations which depends on what is available. Thanks Pauline for having the best hair!

I was hesitate to write a review but since I rely on others opinions of products, I find it necessary to give an honest opinion of the hair that I purchased from Pauline's. The customer service was great when I purchased the hair. However, the product is the worse. The hair shed so much that it is disgusting! Seriously, I cannot comb or run my fingers through it without losing a patch of hair. I will NEVER order hair from here again. I would much rather pay the extra money at Extensions-Plus before wasting it on this hair again. Sorry...
