Our apologies. The particular Oxygen ABO tank brought in required us to test it before being cleared for a refill. Your safety is very important to us. Our team explained how we normally fill medical grade oxygen about 60 cylinders at a time, and the process takes about an hour and a half to complete. We usually do not fill medical grade oxygen tanks one at a time, but we tested and filled the tank individually to accommodate the customer. If there are questions on cylinder refills, please feel free to call our office and we’ll provide additional details on fill times.
