The most useless person on property is the Manage Connie. You never see her around, only people ever available is Patty and the girls in occupancy. Don't understand her purpose. If you need anything completed talk to Patty she on top of everything and very visible and helpful along with occupancy. The property has improved alot in the last few years.

I was raised in the Dales and a lot has changed that I'm sure im not aware of but that is still where many of us grew up at and for someone to talk bad about a place with speaking too the true natives who seen, heard and experienced it need to stuck the heck up because Springdale was the places where everyone raised each others kids as a family. That was our American village in the our city and you couldn't come in there thinking that your going to harm someone and get away with it and we are all still family; living there still or not we will always come together. It's always about the best of the West. Oh and by the way for stupid people who doesn't know the history or true sub division name; they are actually townhouses not apartments.
