This place is pretty quiet for the most part. The only noise that you will CONSTANTLY hear is the fire alarm going off and the sounds of emergency vehicles blaring their sirens all throughout the day and night. The staff is pretty good, I must say. Rent is a little high and continues to rise. These two bedroom apartments are way too small to be charging over $3k a month for. Nonetheless, the community is friendly and almost everything you need is within walking distance. If it weren’t for the high rent not being worth the size, I probably would have stayed.

The maintenance crew here is awesome, always show up on time and fix things within a day or two. Amenities are always kept clean, people are friendly. The only negative is that the fire alarms go off often (sometimes very late night or super early in the morning) but I believe staff is working on fixing that.

5 star for office staff such as Jeniefer or Gilbert 5 star for Kenia who works in maintenance 1 star for the premises. Loud parties, BBQ and birthday parties are happening almost every weekend in the courtyard. Children are screeching, screaming and running around. Loud music and talk mostly on Saturday and Sundays from 1 PM to 9 PM. There is no rest or relaxation on those weekends. It is truly an intrusion of privacy to have to endure such noise of these loud parties. NOISE POLLUTION at its best ... What is it good for to have a "luxury apartment" when there is no rest and quiet time on the weekends. The noise is echoing off in the courtyard and is unbearable. People who book these "amenities" are not adhering to the allotted time either. Truly a noise nightmare !

LOVED living at Gallery! I am a former resident and lived at Gallery 421 for over 2 years. Loved all the amenities, especially the pool! My apartment was the perfect fit and the office staff and maintenance were so nice! I had to move for work otherwise I would have stayed longer.
