Don't let old negative reviews turn you off! We did a cross country move and Jessica and other office staff members were extremely helpful with answering questions and processing our application and lease. Our apartment was extremely clean on moving in. The complex itself is neat as a pin--there are MULTIPLE dumpsters emptied 3 times a week, and the grounds crew is often on the move. It's quiet, not a ton of traffic, and located in a SUPER convenient spot about half a mile from a major shopping complex. The bathroom could use some love, but we are very impressed with our customer service experience and we love our new apartment.
