Denise K We are so blessed to have found “our perfect apartment”. We have been here since 2012 and could not be happier !! With all of the many amenities, the outdoor quiet serenity country feel, the friendly neighbors and the very accommodating office and maintenance crews are ALL amazing ! We have also had many new updates starting from new roofs all the way down to new parking lots, not to mention the many in between of new paint, carpets, and appliances when needed. We are not only happy, but proud to call Summitknolls Living Center home, or shall I say our “Forever Home” !

I couldnt see the inside of the apartments, but the outside looks well maintained. They don't have garages, though.

Our rents all include: Water, trash and a washer/dryer in each unit.
You can check the website for Summit Knolls, a one bedroom runs $800 or $850. They are beautiful apartments, washers and dryers are included in the rent
