I've been living here for a few months and I'm not sure if I will renew my lease. The apartments are very spacious and maintenance is very responsive but my building is old and needs some updates (the hallway walls and carpets need to be repaired/replaced, appliances need to be updated). Then the people who live here are dreadful-arguing, loud, leaving trash on the grounds. I knew it was only matter of time before I saw pests and sure enough I've heard mice and saw a couple of cockroaches. The new owners seem to be trying, but I don’t think it’s enough, especially for what they are charging. All in all, it’s like living in really expensive projects.

My girlfriend and I were in need a new place pretty last minute as our old landlord was neglectful, didn’t care about the building and/or his tenants, maintenance was a joke, etc. All in all, pretty terrible person. Once we saw Country Manor listed online we immediately fell in love with the place and had to go see it! Once we saw it in person I was shocked to see how much it resembled the photos online. They got us acceted quick and with no issues! They worked around our schedule and we’re there for help or questions every step of the way! Our apartment was cleaned and ready to go the morning of our move! The last month here has been nothing short of amazing and I have nothing but good things to say! The new property management seems to be a big step in the right direction for this complex compared to what people in the past have said! They are always there when you need them no matter what it is. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well kept and beautiful place to live!
