The complex is dirty and the office manager Marisol is straight up rude everyone complains about her and the way she treats people that live here but they do nothing about it. Wouldn’t recommend living here.. & be careful with parking she tows away cars on the regular!!!

Marisol is by far the rudest person she really has such a nasty attitude the way she treats people is messed up. She will go out of her way to ruin your day and harass people. I hope HR or upper management gets rid of her she doesn’t even deserve a job for how rude and disrespectful she is towards people. Almost all reviews are about her!! Yet she’s still working?? Do better fountain view!

I lived at Fountain view for year and had the worst experience with the ladies who manage the building. I had a situation with pests and they were very unorganized in planning the treatments, they provided me with no notices and on one occasion threatened to call cooperate on me because I refused the treatment which was absolutely not the case. I tried to explain that because of my wfh situation I couldn’t just clock off and pick up and leave. I tried to speak with Marisol (the main office lady) and she swatted me away like I was a dog. There’s a post here saying that this place is updated? I’m sorry but that is just not the case, while the appliances are stainless steel, the cabinets have layers upon layers of paint, the same applies to the restroom. I understand that times are tough but if you could avoid living at this place please do so. I also wanted to add that when I asked if the amenities were opened the man who walked me through said he believed they were. The pool opened late into the summer and the gym remained closed. After talking to another tenant I found out that the gym was only open for a few months or weeks and closed completely even before the covid-19 pandemic hit. This place could be better if they had better managers or people in place with better people and organizational skills. Everyone I met while living here was displeased with the treatment by mainly Marisol. Ive lived in the projects and other public housing almost my entire life and never witness my family being treated the way I was treated by the women who work here. They just plain act like we’re doing them a favor living there.

Like some people say here if u can put a 0 star i would. Kind of figure out why Marisol (manager) doesnt get fire She has connection with the owners so people dont get your hopes up Shes only there cuz she knows someone from ownership Anyways Lived there 2. Years. She has an attitude She feels like she owns the place But shes the reason why i left And please be aware of your deposit They will find the little details to deduct anything from it I guessthey get to keep it for stuff that the llace never needed So my recommendation Please dont live here And yes all the drain pipes leaking 24/7 Which if the city were to come and inspect it they will get fined! So the problem here is marisol! They will denied all the reviews that are here but trust this is reviews from tenant living here So please save yourself your money and time And avoid this unprofesional place! #getmarisoloutofthisplace
