This is a very nice and comfortable environment to live in. The management staff is friendly and handle all of your requests in a timely manner. The maintenance people also keeps the apartment building looking clean and clutter free. Their is also security that patrols the building regularly. So you will always feel safe knowing that their is someone around to make you feel safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good home.

I just moved out about a week ago and I already miss these apartments. I think the only negative thing I have to say about these apartments are parking (if you do not have a spot) which most do, but to be completely honest there is no parking anywhere in Long Beach. I have lived here for about a year and a half and it has been amazing. The rooms are a great size for any couple or if you want to have a bachelor room or pad. The neighbors all have each others backs and I have heard countless times about randoms walking in the back alleyways but there have been multiple cases where they have told me that THEY always keep an eye out on my car in case anyone ever tries to do something. These are some of the coolest people ever. The pools are great because if one starts to get full you could always walk to another one which more than likely is never full. The security guards are always on patrol making sure everything is safe. In my year and a half of living in these apartments never have I have an issue with anyone or anything. The staff is phenomenal. I have spoken to 20+ other staffing at other apartment complexes within the past week or so and no one compares to how kind the staff here is. If you own a dog they certainly have doggy bags around the complexes in case they go bathroom. You can now use your phone to pay for washes instead of coins which is amazing. My experience has been great here and anyone who says otherwise are crazy because I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Gonna miss living here!!

I've lived here a year now and have had a great experience. The ladies in the office, Marisol and Francis, have handled any issues I may have had in a professional manner. The maintenance staff took care of any work orders in a timely manner. There are lots of shop's and stores in close proximity. Overall my family and I enjoyed our time here. So much that we've decided to stay another year. Thank you Marisol, Francis and staff.
