Great crossfit-style gym. The coaches are all really helpful and they have programming to accommodate all different skill levels from total beginner to experienced. Also, they have a great community of people, just good vibes overall. I have never been one for sticking to gym memberships, but after being at Active for more than a year, it's turned into an integral part of my life. Finally, the water from the water machine tastes really good.

Absolutely phenomenal! I have only good things to say about crossfit active performance. I had never been to a crossfit gym before but had known about the sport. After looking at multiple gyms, i came across crossfit active. I first went in for an athletic fitness assessment with Summer, one of the coaches(who are all very friendly and willing to help you), and knew crossfit active was my new home. I have been around athletics my entire life, playing football with a team in the PAC12, and there has been nothing like the 'pull' that the coaches, members and training program creates. The environment is always positive and encouraging which i love. It is a safe place to begin if you have never done crossfit before and it also caters to those who are seasoned. It is definitely an elite gym that has a diverse level of athletes. One thing i appreciate is that the gym is always very clean and organised. Lastly is the progress that i have made versus working out on my own. What i love is that there is always a coach teaching the workouts. `helping you with form, technique and other things to help move you forward. Working out on my own got repetitive and boring and being at active i feel as though i get personalised training even though i am a regular member. I would highly recommend Crossfit Active Performance to anybody who is just a beginner or for somebody who has been doing crosfit for a while. Crossfit Active is the place to be!

I am so obsessed with CrossFit Active Performance. For any of those who are interested in joining, do it, you will not regret it! Active has changed the way I look at working out, everything else just seems so tame in comparison. This is a tough workout but you will be so proud of everything you accomplish here. Plus the coaches are amazing and there are so many great members that push you while also cheering you on. Everyone is like a little team here so you won't be doing it alone.

Whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete, our classes can accommodate you. Entire session is structured, explained and demonstrated by an Active Coach so that beginners can be sure they are expressing the movement correctly and that competitive athletes are scaling to the appropriate level for them.

Absolutely and it's to your benefit. Our classes may involve movements that you are not aware of or maybe there is a movement pattern you are doing now that needs improvement before jumping into class. We want you to get off to a great start at Active. The Intro Session includes a tour of the facility, goal setting discussion, movement assessment & instruction as well as a customized plan for you to hit your goals.
Yes! We offer full service Personal and Remote Coaching. These programs include a custom fitness and nutrition program that can be done here at Active or on the road. We also have a hybrid program that includes 3 Group Class workouts and a 2 day custom program.
All of our group classes are 60minutes and include a structured warm-up, a 1-2 part strength workout and an intense cardio interval or aerobic workout followed by a cool-down. Our Active Coaches will demonstrate all movements, provide movement tips an instruction and will make sure you are moving safely and effectively.
Definitely. All of our workouts are programmed using the Active Level System so there are scaling options available to you every time. If more scaling is needed, our Active coaches will be there to assist.

No! Even if you have never worked out in your life we can get you ready! During the free intro session your coach will go through several movements to prep you for class. Any additional instruction prescribed by your coach will be included in your first month. PLUS all of our workouts are scaled using the Active Level System so you can just show up base on your current fitness level!
