I had my mom go to this place recently and the workers there are very rude, impatient and unprofessional. My mom is Hispanic and should be treated equally racisms in this day and age shouldn't be allowed anywhere. This saddens me I been in LB all my life if you want and or are looking for professional health care this isn't the place. Maybe the workers are over worked having a bad day etc still doesn't excuse the tone and manner they speak to others. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

Óscar, Roberto, and lovely nurse Brenda did an excellent job in customer service. I felt comfortable and I felt reassured with them. They answered all of my questions and doubts. Although some volunteers directing patients did not seem to know how to place people in order for the vaccine.. Overall great experience. Thanks

Kaiser & staff are extremely professional and caring. They make it easy to schedule appointments. No long waits. Often one can just walk in and get their shots. Kaiser Harbor best place go for emergencies. Efficient staff and .medical team.

This facility is not as large as other KP locations, but it is well organized and the building ARCHITECTURE is cool...Never comes a time we come here and no PARKING available
