horrendous care... for a brief stay for mental care.. it's a tragedy this place exists. the workers would play favorites and would mock certain patients who were affected by various degrees of mental illness. The food was horrendous and the limited 30 minute activity time only made many a person riled up due to the limitations and structure of the facility. Very horrible place and its no surprise people keep coming back to such a facility and care center due to the vicious cycle of the poor care.

This place is garbage. I had told the ambulance that I was a subscriber for Kaiser and they completely ignored what I said and instead of taking me to a Kaiser facility they took me to this Hospital which I wouldn't even call a hospital. The staff laughed at me and did not take me seriously and then sent me a bill for $5,360 for a single emergency room visit that I didn't even get treated for anything? I provided my insurance multiple times and they didn't even bother contacting them but continue to Bill me. I think I'm going to ask for the detailed Bill to find out what these charges are attempting to bill me for because this feels fraudulent and abusive I would suggest others go over their bills very carefully

A horrific experience. No one gave a flying F about the patients Dr. Rick Lee Jenkins showed up 2 xs in the 5 days for less than 4 minutes. I was mandatorily held against my rights as a patient and a citizen. They are condescending, abusive and all there I believe are being driven crazier just by the disrespectful nature of the staff and the drugs they put you on; which you have no choice but to go along with the program if you want out. I’m not crazy my sister died of suicide and I needed help this hell hole was nowhere near helping me me it hindered quite frankly. Will be contacting the medical board will be filing a lawsuit for personal injury. I’m disgusted with human nature.

I stayed her for three days. The staff there was great and friendly. I want to give a special thank you to nurse Darla and nurse Darnetta for taking care of me. They went above and beyond to help me after my surgery. You guys are the bes. Take care.
