No but if you get there past 12noon you won't be seen. Get there early you will write your name and number and case # then wait in your car till your called. They do have a drop box to leave forms you need to turn in. Best to do all online if possible.
Yes however it's a wait before being called in make sure u sign in to wait n not to just get a phone call
You certainly can, but make sure you hand over to one of their staff. Make sure to arrive very early, preferably when they open since it'll be a 2 to 3 hour wait if you arrive later in the day. I believe office hours are 8-4
