My wife and I have both been going to LB Med Weight Control for several years. We’ve had the experience of meeting a couple managers over that time and they’ve ALL been extremely professional, especially the current Manager Tawny. She’s always courteous regardless of the kind of day we’re having, she’s very detail oriented with communicating to us any changes to our specific treatment plan, and very informative with explaining the multiple promotions along with products and services tailored to our specific program and goals. Tawny doesn’t push or try to over sell us products (like a pushy car salesman would), instead she introduces and explains to us the various treatments offered or services that may be available in the near future. This allows us time to consider trying new things that may be beneficial towards our goals! We highly recommend this place as there’s various treatment plans that can be tailored to meet your budget and goals!

Today I was denied service by the “manager” for false accusations. She stated I made fun of her and called her names which I didn’t .All I said and will continue to say is that she is very rude. She has no customer service. She doesn’t know how to talk to her patients, she was rude to my father the first visit he had there. There was one occasion where I paid for my medication with cash I had to receive a dollar back which I didn’t she told me she didn’t have change. I know it was just a dollar but she didn’t tell me she would give me that dollar back or that I could have credit for my next visit . I heard her telling other patients that she didn’t have change and that she could give them credit for their next visit. Upper management needs to do something about this I’m not the first or last person to say this about her. After years of coming to this clinic My family and I will no longer be coming back.

This clinic refused service to me and my family because she said that we said things about her to other customers. In which is not true. Don’t know her name but she’s the manager from this Lakewood location. This clinic just lost 4 customers. Just for the record we never said anything bad about this lady never called names .all we said she was rude with us and that it all .

What they offer is great and I’ve lost 37lbs. However they are not very good at getting to the customer right away. You sign in when you get there, staff will then pull your file. There will often be lots af staff standing or walking around, but if it’s not there job to pull the chart they will walk right past and sit down and drink coffee. The tech that sees you is responsible for ringing you up at the end. This will lead to multiple people standing around the reception desk all at once. So there will either be to many people standing there or no one at all. It would be so much more efficient if they could just have one person ringing people up so the techs could continue to see clients. As this is a busy place. All that being said, the staff is really nice and the product really does work, it’s just the efficiency of how management runs it that slows things down when you are there.
