I used to work here! VERY BAD PLACE TO WORK FOR!! As a Chinese owned company they DO NOT treat their employees very well. They over work you for the hourly wage they pay you. They DO NOT give you raises, the 2 1/2 years I was employed here I did not receive a single raise. Management isn’t very professional. Who knows where they hire their Human Resource personal as everyone single one they had were very UNPROFESSIONAL! The best Terminal Manager was Wendy Zhang, she did a lot for the employees and treated everyone fairly. Out of her pocket she on occasions would treat the employees to coffee or McDonald’s. Do not work here!!! There are way better jobs out there besides this company. You will suffer as they will over work you! Top Management is so unprofessional as well. Once you let them know you have a concern they look at you as a nuisance!!! They hire new HR personal to fire current employees they cannot fire. This is their thing they’re always changing people inside and management, this says a-lot about this company. I regret working for them. It was EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!! What makes them survive is the workers outside!! They’re the BEST and if it wasn’t for them FSI wouldn’t be standing , they need to pay them way more and give them benefits and give them new equipment to work with.

Absolutely the worst receiver in 30 years of trucking! Do Not Come to this place 6 hrs to be called to the scale! another 3 hrs to get unloaded! Never again, this is what makes this industry the worst! Refuse all loads to this place and maybe they will get the message!

This place is a disaster I checked in early (4:40 am) for a 0810 appointment I'm now 3 hours past my appointment time if you are not forced dispatch refuse the load coming here I've gone up to the window 1 hour after my appointment and was told we are backed up I got here yesterday evening and it was a cluster f$%& terrible place no parking and poor service they realize we as drivers loose money by waiting and this puts you in rush hour traffic even if you have an early appointment time stay away

This place is horrible. No sense of urgency and very unprofessional. If you are a western express employee, you will get the shaft. Stay away from this place. I’ve been in line for six hours. Just horrible all around.
