The sound and the experience were amazing! Staff and security made everything feel seamless and comfortable. Deep Ellum may have its challenges, but The Factory always delivers! 👍
savy SHOE.
the concert was great but the staff was awful to someone i know and when i tried to ask his name he got all up in my face and tried to curse me out too, although im 16 and my mom stopped him, he was unprofessional the entire time and i watched him use his position to discriminate against my friend.

Really enjoyed the concert once I finally got inside.

Medical staff, regular staff, and over all venue amazing except for the lighting crew. The long period of flashing bright lights can cause seizures, and a girl seized at the concert I was at after a long period of the flashing lights. Over all, friend and I enjoyed the venue.

From the FAQ page, “Our venue permits all ages, but we are 18+ without supervision. Anyone 17 and under may enter with an adult guardian. Children of all ages are required to have their own ticket for entry.”
Idk what any of those words are. Lol
At every event I've been too they have bar tables and bar chairs at the very back area of the GA floor. But they are first come first serve. So you will have to claim the early.
Idk tbh.
The space is limited u may have to arrive early.
Yes. Long as you don't have a weapon in it 🤙🏼
There is some limited seating by the bar areas and to the sides of the light/sound board...but not specifically designated for those with special seating needs. Lots of seating upstairs...but those are the expensive seats.
One parent can supervise multiple kiddos
as long as you have something that has your birthday i feel like you’re good!! like even a picture of your passport is good
I think that would be perfectly fine. They'll just put a black X on his hand to show he's a minor. Shouldn't be a problem.
Yup not a difference you're still standing.
If they are selling alcohol and doing their job right, they will not accept a picture of an ID. They could lose their liquor license
It's a very popular part of town, a lot of security around, so yes.
For my most recent event there, we had to prove covid vaccine or covid test. I think it depends on the individual event.
This is their policy according to their FAQ: If a show is cancelled tickets bought from the box office can be returned and refunded at the venue, for any tickets bought online you will need to contact the company about a refund. For rescheduled shows your original ticket will still be valid at the new date.
There are mostly GA Standing tickets, however, there is a balcony section available.
There are meters on the streets throughout Deep Ellum which a quarter will get you 30 min, a dime is 20 min and I believe a nickle is 10 min. The meters run every day from 6pm to 12am (midnight). There is also a high rise parking garage just behind the venue that spans the length of the block like the venue.
