Beware when renting here. I’m not sure how it is for tenants in other buildings, but living in building 4 is a nightmare. It’s so bad that when I call to make police reports regarding excessively loud music (because management has yet to do anything about it) they already have an idea on which building I am calling about. There’s a tenant that must have it in good with management because he gets away with far too much. He lies on other tenants and doesn’t follow the smoking or loud music rules. He even threatened to physically harm myself and my family, then decided to spin the story to management and to no surprise, got away with it. I’m sure other buildings might not have these issues but building 4 is by far the worst of them. Stay away from that building if you’re a new tenant here. Overall the rest of the apartment seems to be decent, but I give 1 star because no one should have to bring an issue to managements attention 10+ times to maybe be heard.

I Just get the apartment, the Office staff Nakita is a wonderful helper, she is so professional, patient and kind, and from my application until I got the apartment just used few days, eachh time I call or Email the office , they response very fast .I feel being cared and warm . I give her service a 5star. And I high recommend for this apartment. 😎

Im not sure how this apartment got decent reviews, because i've never lived somewhere with neighbors or management that is THIS TERRIBLE. Someone near building 4 sits in their Kia and plays an entire playlist BLASTING his music at least 2-3 times a day at any hour and complaints have been made to management and nothing has been done. You share every wall with a neighbor and unfortunately I got the few who think its ok to play their music as if we are at the club at any hour and management has yet to do anything about this as well. I've had to knock on doors at 3am on a weekday because its so bad. Parking is terrible and management is clearly just here to get paid and that's it. If you have kids or work from home, go elsewhere because this place will only stress you out.

Although there are good amenities, rent is decent for what you get and the staff is friendly for the most part, but when it comes to pre inspection lists, they won't let you add certain things, the main gate rarely closes, and allows strangers in, or is needing repair. Parking is impossible unless you pay for covered spaces, and if someone parks in your paid spot after hours, only the main office can call to tow them, and if they're closed, then too bad for you. Landscapers come early morning hours and will watch you if your blinds are open. (unless they've changed times since we moved) I feel like there are excessive "inspections" at these apartments. At least 4 per year that I remember. Fire extinguisher check, laundry room timer check, "cleanliness/damages" check (I understand they want to make sure people aren't living in a manner that is bringing in an infestation, but I feel like this should not be for everyone, and on a "reported smell/neighbor complaint" basis), and the yearly fire alarm check. Sometimes more than once per year. All these requiring entrance to your residence, no matter your circumstances, home or not. I wish the community space could be rented for small parties. There were two maintenance men working there when we lived there. One was great, kind and helpful. The other seemed very sexist and creepy, and would ignore my questions, unless my husband repeated them. Very odd. Tammy was a great manager, and I enjoyed all of our encounters, otherwise.
