If I could give no stars I would. I ordered at 1130 and was told it would be between an hour and an hour and 15. I ordered 1 steak and cheese sub no mayo with Italian dressing, a large pepperoni extra sauce and 2 pops. At about an hour and 15 I called to check on it. They lady was rude and told me it was gonna be another 30 min. I got it at 1:13 and its when I noticed 2 subs that looked horribly made with mayo on them and no Italian dressing. One sub had a bug in it. Looked like a 🦟. I was soooo grossed out. Yes it was a bug. My daughter then says the pizza has just about no sauce on it. I called the place annoyed that it took almost 2 hours and was wrong and had bugs in it. They asked to either remake it or I could bring it back down to the lobby and they would come back and pick it up. I offered to send them pictures . They didn't want pictures back they wanted the food. I was so upset we waited And just wanted my money back. I had to go all the way down to the lobby again and drop the pizza off it was so frustrating after waiting that whole time to get horrible food with a bug in it and and in it took longer than it was supposed to. Extremely disappointing. If there's another place order from them. I understand being a small business owner that reviews matter. But just because you're a small business does not mean you can serve stuff like this and be so inaccurate. Saying that is an excuse. Especially when it keeps happening. It seems to be an ongoing thing with the reviews that are left. Seems the response Is that you're a small business and to call or be understanding. I called twice and your staff was rude they didn't care about inconveniencing the customer and possibly making me sick. Maybe after so many reviews there needs to be a bigger change. Horrible pizza, a bug in my sub and things wrong on my order and took longer. I ended up bringing right back to the lobby and just keeping the 2 litlers of pop since they seem to be the only thing good that they didn't make and buying TV dinner from the hotel desk. Its was 100% better then what I got. It was the only way they would give any money back . Disappointing bad food bad service

Last night was the first time we had Mr. Pizza, our usually place was not taking more orders so we have them a try. Everything was awesome ! Timing , price and taste! I'd share a picture of our meat pizza with both olives but we ate it all ! We have a new pizza place ! Thanks for being open late!

Ordered a pizza and cheese triangles this past weekend. Cost $36. Worse quality food I have ever had. Burnt. Barely any cheese and it was burnt. Cheese triangles & Crust tasted like cardboard. Sauce tasted like ketchup with generic seasoning. Called and complained and asked for the food back for a refund and all I got back was $18. Don't waste your time here.

Website was not very informative nor complete. We saw a deluxe pizza on their front page but not offered anywhere on the menu. How is a deluxe not offered? We were right by so we stopped in and said can we have a deluxe which they said yes. I think we were charged a medium for each individual item because a rather small pizza was over $20. Hey it was good pizza, but the customer service was strange and slow and expensive and the sausage was overwhelming. Maybe because they're open til 4am and this happened at midnight, we were talking to zombies?? Pictured: "deluxe"

Hi there! To keep up with the ever changing regulations as well as keep our customers and staff safe and healthy we first require masks to be worn at all time by both costumers and employees alike. Some other practices we have implemented include health screenings of every employee prior to shift start. We have moved the kitchen around to provide ample workspace for employees while preparing meals. Hand washing it as an all time high and hand soap has been flying off the shelves quickly around here! We provide hand sanitizer at the counter and near the door for our customers while picking up their orders, we offer curbside pickup and contactless delivery upon request. We've also installed a window creating a barrier between the customer and employee at our counter. High touch surfaces and items are sanitized frequently with premium grade disinfectants. Mr. Pizza is doing all we can to keep up with this virus and still provide great customer service and delicious food to our customers!
Hello Randy, we were just there Wednesday for a delivery! Some nights are staffed differently and busier than others leaving our delivery radius a bit tighter. We would hate to commit our only delivery driver to a 30 minute delivery with 10 others pending. We do sincerely apologize for the issue and hope you understand as a person in authority that staffing is a nationwide issue and as a small business we are doing everything we can do to accommodate all customers still and maybe reconsider the 1 star review for us! Thank you and we hope to serve you again in the future.
Most pizza restaurants have a certain delivery range they stick to, any longer means longer delivery times and return to base
We truly apologize for such an experience at our restaurant. This is by far the farthest from what we teach our employees in handling issue with customers. Should you have any issues like this in the future if you chose to return, please call and ask for management, so they are able to deal with the employee and the issue with the order. We have been making great improvements in operations and would love the chance to serve you again!
