This place advertises as a pizza place with delivery service. However the employees decide whether or not they will deliver that day or not. This is my favorite pizza place and the last 6 times I called to get the same order I get every single time I was told it was pickup only even though I know they deliver. I personally think it's lame that someone let's this slide on a constant basis. And it's just sad. I love there deep dish pizzas.

False online advertising and they would not honor the deal when I called. Deal advertised on website stated 14.99 for large with 3 toppings, plus 4.99 for delivery and 1.56 for tax. The total came to 27.51. Where did the extra 5 bucks come from? Seems like they are trying to scam money. I like their pizza usually but this just seems shady.

Jets used to be our go to pizza for most occasions, then in Feb 22 they "updated" their menu and their ingredients. I am not a fan of the change and will no longer be going to jets nearly as much as I had in the past. Also, the stupid change to the 8 slices to "hold more toppings" is not desired and should be my option to choose. As for the more toppings comment from their corporate office about the change is a total lie, don't believe it. They put at least 1/3 LESS toppings on their pizza then they did in the past. Their sauce is worse and like they painted it on, and dried out. Thin layer of cheese. There were so few toppings we were making jokes about them running out of mild peppers. Ordered the next week from a different location and it had the exact same issues. Good example of a corporate office making decisions about menus based on prifit not customers demand. Not going to Jets anymore unless they change back. The ONLY reason it is a 3 star is because it is pizza, and bad pizza is still OK.

Ordered a pizza for pickup and was told 20 minutes. When I got there it 'wasn't ready' but when I got home and went to eat, my pizza was burnt and cut into 3 very small pieces and 3 large pieces. Called the store to get my money refunded back to my card and have been on hold for an INCREDIBLY long time. Not very pleased AT ALL.
