If you use MYCHART then you’ll have no problem with this place . The doctors reply back fast to the messages and they get in touch pretty quickly. If you call the office it is a long wait. But that’s why there’s MyChart. I haven’t switched doctors because of the communication system they have. And they take care of my Childrens needs.

I wish i could give 0 stars DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN IN HERE DRS DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR WELL BEING wont even prescribe simple medications to help with allergy symptoms! Dr Gardezi was worried my 6 year old would overdose on allergy medicine.... she cares more about her license than my childs wellbeing!

Horrible every time I come here there isn't any rooms available or the doctor's take forever to come in the room. I have been sitting in the back for an hr and no one came to the room. If you guys gonna have people waiting this long have more doctors available and more rooms. Can y’all please get more phones or something why is it so hard to get through and another why do you guys call last minute for a appointment reminder the day of the appointment. PLEASE DO BETTER, if I can give this clinic zero starts I would because it’s horrible here.

Edit: 12/18 The past few times I’ve been here this seem to have been much better than my previous experiences. I’ve meet two new doctors which are great Dr. Fernando & Dr. Ippoliti (I’ll change the star rating from 1 to 5) (1st review of clinic) WORST SERVICE!! the past few times that I go there they have me waiting forever (& yes I have an appointment when I go) but that doesn't seem to ever matter. Today I just about had it I asked the nurse how much longer it would take for me to be seen and after checking she said she didn't know so i asked if I was next and she said she didn't know so I walked out and over to the front desk to let them know and the girl there calls and is told the doctor walked in and I wasn't there so now I had to reschedule.
