Concentra staff are efficient, polite and helpful. I had a great experience when I was there for a physical exam. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was friendly and I was out of there promptly. They validated my parking ticket for the structure that is just a few feet away from the building. It’s fast and convenient.

I had a terrible experience here! First, was the waiting time..ok I didn't make appointments! That's fine. But the worst part was..they claimed that they spilled my urine sample for drug testing exam!!! & they didn't care to inform until my employer contacted them following up for the result!!! & it's the 9th day already! I usually have high tolerance of poor quality services & not the type of person leaving such comments. However, this action was way unacceptable!!!

If you come here for a work related injury like me you’re in good hands. The physical therapists are great. Some of the doctors are not great which is why I only see Ruben when I come here. He’s helpful, kind and slows down to explain what he’s doing when the other doctors here did the opposite and actually almost reinjured my hand when moving it around. Ruben is the best. I’d recommend this place.
