Caught a 4 lb bass and a 3 lb catfish. Beautiful lake with plenty of fish. If I was better at fishing, I could have caught more.

No but Mott's has trails if you want trails near the water, or spotsylvania courthouse battlefield has a lot of trails and is nearby.

I cannot find anything about how deep it is but it is at an elevation of 70M so I would assume somewhere below this elevation.

They open at 6:00 and you can rent a boat there.

Theirs no Pier they have boat rentals and some areas that you can fish from the bank
Their is a nonresident fee , but for 55 and older its one time
Check a solunar calendar it will give you the best times according to where the moon is. Most of the time its going to be dusk and dawn as the best times.
