I am a resident of Fairfax County, 67 years of age, and fish (and release) from a kayak. Do I have to pay a launch fee to put my kayak into the water at Ni River Reservoir? I noted there is no access fee for persons 62 and older.

Their is a nonresident fee , but for 55 and older its one time

No you shouldnt have to you only pay the access fee
