In recent months I have rented a vehicle from here a couple of times and have received excellent service.

Shoutout to Julio on this location! A KIA Soul that was rented to us in SNA had part of the middle arm storage (where usb ports usually are) taken off, leaving a hole. We didn't know about this until my boyfriend's airpods went missing after storing it inside the middle console. We noticed the hole and saw that it had fallen off. We were returning the car on this Long Beach location and let the Enterprise agent Julio know about this and he spent 30 mins with us trying to fish it out with his hands and some tools he had. We eventually got it, and was super thankful to him that we didn't lose $200. Kudos for the great customer service, and much especially to Julio for really going above and beyond to get those airpods out when we thought it would be impossible.

I set up through insurance to pick up car at 830 am. I called for them to pick me up which I have done when using Enterprise before, was told they would send someone. I waited 1 hour and no one came, I called back waited on hold for 30 minutes then told they were running behind but someone would be there shortly. 30 minutes later I found my own way there. When I arrived I was told there was no one to do pickups, as they were short handed. Why wasn't I told that in the first place. Once there the rep was friendly, helpful and apologetic. During the walk through prior to my taking the car, there had been a lot of minor issues.

Friendliest, most helpful staff I've encountered in a long long time. Really went out of their way to accommodate a sudden change to our reservation and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.
