They had higher prices didn't honor my reservation price for another enterprise location, and sent me to lax enterprise, didn't close my account with them so lax could not give me a car. they closed at 930 so I have no car now my vacation is ruined

Overall good experience. This is small airport but bit confusing process. I arrived at rent a car center and Enterprise desk had sign to look for lot kiosk. Little wait at the kiosk . Car was nice, 2021 Murano (reserved SUV) . Few crumbs on passenger side. Return process was smooth and 30 seconds

Compared to other car rental companies, I have never experienced a problem with Enterprise and it has been my "go-to" for my travels ever since. This was my third time renting from the Long Beach Airport location. When we have arrived, there was a longer wait than usual on disclosing a car due to late returns. Nicole was our associate and she had been so sweet and helpful in trying to take care of us. Instead of the premium order that we had reserved, she had offered a standard vehicle for a lower price since it was the first one available. The vehicle was nice and clean, and there were barely any damages but a few minor scratches. Upon returning the vehicle before our flight departure in the early morning, we were approached immediately by Ashley with a huge smile on her face and she had made sure we were satisfied with our experience. I will definitely be coming back for future trips and continuing to book here!

I have already called into corporate to let them know how good their employee was that helped me out. This place is extremely busy and this young man handled himself excellent. I forgot his name but I have already called his boss and sent her an email to let her know how awesome this guy is. They get people taking care of very quickly in and out. I mean I have never seen a Rent-A-Car place that was so busy. I was pulled over by a police officer because the tail light was broken on the rent a car. I took it back and they gave me a free upgrade for the inconvenience. So yes this place is awesome and the employees that work there are also awesome

Yes you can do that , I have done it in the past , I picked up at the LB airport and dropped it off at their downtown location
I'm not sure about the Airport Enterprise. I do know that they are overly priced very expensive. I kept the car for 5 days took it back and then went to another Enterprise that was not at an airport. They take advantage of people because they get off the plane and they need a car so that's where they go. The individual I dealt with was a young woman who had a very bad attitude she was an African American Girl tall pretty but nasty attitude. If you can take an Uber to a different Enterprise that is not at the airport especially Long Beach please do so. The price will be amazingly different it will be lower
