I got charged with a $200 cleaning fee for what I believe was normal cleaning needed for this vehicle. I have rented from this particular location many times and have used vehicles to go to camping, I have gone to Kern river and have gone to Santa Barbara to the beaches there was always some dirt or sand inside the vehicle and never have I been charged a cleaning fee. Particularly disappointing because they have a vehicle wash and detailing station on their premises so $200 felt excessive. This occurred on a Monday morning the employee asked me how my day was going I stated I had to get to work asap. Next thing I knew I was being charged the $200 cleaning fee probably because they knew I did not have a chance to clean the vehicle my self to avoid the cleaning fee.
