Was there today, purchased a brand new aggressor bike and lock , the person that helped me was named rowan, if that's spelled wrong I'm sorry, they were very helpful and did a fantastic job, I forgot however I've got a car and it's more difficult to transport a bike. I went back to get some rope before they closed , they asked me cash or card, I said cash, I was paying with a 20 dollar bill, they apparently closed all there tills before they were closed, and the manager walk up to the cashier and says, great I'm gonna be here a another 45 minutes after close. And slammed some type of paper down on the counter and walked away to get a till . Needless to say I walked out and said, wow, I'm not impressed with that type of action and left. Very unprofessional and turned a pleasant experience into a not so good one. Thank you.
