HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE UNTIL ABOUT A HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. I DID HAVE AN AWESOME POST MAN BUT NOW HE IS GONE AND I HONESTLY WILL GET 2 OUT OF 10 MAIL PIECE'S, AND DON'T GET ME STARTED WITH MY PACKAGES. I CALLED ON MY NEW MAIL MAN, IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE , AND WHEN I COMPLAINED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT BECAUSE OF NOT MANY EMPLOYEES BECAUSE OF COVID BASICALLY!!!
