Will provided the best customer service and help I've witnessed ever. He was very quick and efficient the entire process. He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing. I don't use USPS often but will gladly go back to this location since he made me feel very comfortable and understanding. Thank you Will. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Online with a credit or debit card Go to https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm and click 'Renew' which will take you to the 'Manage Your Account' page. Then click Renew PO Box. This feature is available 30 days before your next payment. At the Post Office where your box is located. Note: If your payment is more than 10 days late, this is your only option for renewing your PO Box.
You need to have acopy of your birth certifacate or valid drivers licence. You can fill out the form online, print it & take it to the post office. You will need passport photos as well. They can be had from the post office or Walnart. Post usually requires an appointment.
Yes this is not a federally recognized holiday observed by the USPS. We will be open normal business hours, including delivery. Thank you for your question.
