I had a package that needed signing , but the person taking over for my normal mailman didn't ever knock or ring the bell. They kept leaving a form that they missed me, even after I signed 2 of them and left for them to leave the letter! Now that is bad mail service. Were is the head Post Master on that???

The postmaster (Jackie) lacks customer service skills and will do nothing to resolve problems with mail delivery
Find the local post office associated to your zip code. Next go to that post office in person and ask to speak to a manager. They can talk to the carrier personally and figure out why your service is being held up. Most often it's something simple as not having your name on your mailbox (required) or ensuring there is a safe pathway to the mailbox for the mail carrier.
You pay for the unfortunate possibility that something MAY happen. Insurance comes automatic on all priority packages for up to $50 value and Express mail for up to $100 value. Seems like a great practice!
Payment is done every 6 or 12 months & it varies by size.
still can not get mail when we do it ripe into piece and get any we still do not get the ads been to the post office many time

Often if the carrier feels like leaving the package would end up in theft they will bring it back and give you notice. Go to the post office with ID to pick it up

Yesterday, Sept. 19, 2018, the mail delivery person left us all of the mail for 50 Barrington St. but none for our address, 31 Barrington st..
We have no idea where our mail was delivered and to whom

Why was mail addressed to me delivered to the boarded up abandoned house next door to me? I just happened to look in the yard to see mail thrown on the ground and I picked it up and it just so happens to be my RGE bill and a letter from the hospital.
