My brother transferred from Springfield ER to Alexandria hospital due to severe pain at 3 am the checking was quickly. However had to wait for the same day surgery nurse or any body to give us an update But nobody came we had to wait hours.no IV or pain killer. called the phone to see at least a bed for him. The lady who answered the phone gave me a hard time she said they have a problem on something without details. My brother is 6’4 tall slept in the small couch. Is this how you treat patients? I have a prove and pictures.

Unfortunately all Inova hospital worst you think third world countries hospital they don’t have specialist my dad in Mount Vernon hospital waited for colonoscopy more than a week the management are worst too most doctors never listened to you when did you complain they don’t care it worst hospital and broken system health care have to fixed pay attention
