Hi. My sister went to this location today, to get an injection. Iron deficiency. She told nurse who’s name’s John that it’s her first time, because he asked her if it was. He injected her and left. Never came to check on my sister. I mean I understand it’s our fault too, because my sister didn’t yell and scream what was going on with her arm. She thought it supposed to hurt and end up with fully swallow and bruised. When my mom asked him why you didn’t check on her, he said computer would make a sound if something was wrong. I’m so sorry for saying this. Who created that computer to make a sound? How you can leave patient alone and trust machine. I always loved Kaiser. They have excellent doctors and nurses. We went to urgent care. Thank God they took care of her. I’ve never knew this irresponsible people exist in Kaiser. I hope things will get better in this location.

I love the convenience of this offe. I used to go to Falls Church and this is so close to me. My new doctor is amazing and takes great care with me. When my blood pressure was out of control she changed my meds then the dosage as she monitored me daily from the comfort of my home with my BP machine and direct messages from Her not her nurse or assistant. Great care lives here!

I don’t want wasting my time to write a long paragraph had extremely bad experiences every time i and my wife visited Kaiser permanente at all locations that are near our house. Just wanted to tell you that please please please do not waste your time and money.

This review is for OB GYN . By far the best team in NOVA! The 3 doctors, Dr. Maduforo, Dr. Rodriguez, Dr.Whyte, the nurses Ana and Katie and the Clinical assistants Sheala and Nache . I am always well taken care of, they listen to my needs and I feel they genuinely care for my well being! I’ve had an emergency where I had to be transported to the hospital and the whole team jumped into action to assist me . After I left the hospital they all reached out to make sure I was doing good. I appreciate you guys so much!!
