Renting a vehicle from this location was a breeze. Agents at the counter were very polite in spite of it being very busy. Being able to drop off after hours was very convenient as well. Highly recommend this particular location on Ocean Dr in Long Beach. Will utilize it going forward!

Staff here were great. I some how accidently booked at the wrong location and they helped me sort it out and still only took around 15 minutes. We actually dealt with them twice (once going on our cruise and once after the cruise). Taxi was around $10 to and from the Long Beach port. The only cons with this location is that the GPS doesn't know how to get us to the drop off location and took us a few minutes to figure it out. Additionally, the parking was at the top of the parking structure, would have been nice to have the ground floor but I understand. (from the main road there is a side road right after the Avis office, take that and keep turning right and you will see the entrance on the right side of the building.).

Great location, good front desk service and nice and friendly. But the man who is out in their garage who hands your the car keys was """SUPER SLOW""" and I had to wait 30 minutes because my rental was not clean nor ready. Return was nice and quick.

Sulaiman saved our vacation!!! We were going thru a diffrent car rental place who canceled our rental because we were from out of State. We scrambled on what to do and called Avis. Sulaiman said not to worry come to the office. With in 20 minutes we were driving away in a gassed up car. Thanks for all your help. We will for ever be Avis customers only.

Yes they have a free shuttle. It's called the PASSPORT shuttle. You'll just need to walk to Ocean and Pine to get to the stop and the shuttle takes you to the cruise terminal.

No. But it is very close to the free shuttle that will take you there. It's called the Passport shuttle.
Avis should be open. Then take the free PASSPORT shuttle to the terminal.

No theres no shuttle at all but theres an enterprice two blocks away from the princess cruise
